This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use our services or visit our product websites. 2. What Data We Collect
Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

- Communication Data: Messages or inquiries sent to support.
- We do not require any special category (sensitive) personal data and ask that you do not provide it unless necessary and explicitly consented.

- Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interests pursued by GeT or our clients
5. How We Share Your Data
We may share your data with:
- Absorb LMS: Our primary LMS provider, hosted on AWS infrastructure.
- Cloud Providers: AWS (Canada) and Microsoft Azure (USA) for secure data hosting.
- Payment Processor: Stripe, which securely handles transactions (GeT does not store credit card data).
- Authorized client administrators: If your organization sponsors your access, designated admins may view progress reports.
All third parties are contractually obligated to comply with GDPR standards and have signed Data Processing Agreements where necessary.
6. International Data Transfers
As a Canadian company, we process your data primarily in Canada and the United States. For EU clients:
- We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for data transfers.
- Our cloud providers are subject to rigorous controls and certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- No transfers occur without your organization’s prior approval where required.
7. How We Protect Your Data
We implement robust security measures as outlined in our security documentation, including:
- AES-256 encryption (in transit and at rest)
- Firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network monitoring
- Annual security audits (SOC 2, ISAE 3402 standards)
- Role-based access and employee security training
- Incident response and disaster recovery plans
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:
- Deliver our services
- Comply with legal and contractual obligations
- Meet organizational training requirements
After this period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized unless otherwise agreed.

Client data is not used for AI training or analysis. All AI features (if enabled) operate only on publicly available data and under strict confidentiality controls and is documented in our AI Security Document.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the date of the last update.
