Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

We may share your data with:

• Absorb LMS: Our primary LMS provider, hosted on AWS infrastructure.
• Cloud Providers: AWS (Canada) and Microsoft Azure (USA) for secure data hosting.
• Payment Processor: Stripe, which securely handles transactions (GeT does not store credit card data).
• Authorized client administrators: If your organization sponsors your access, designated admins may view progress reports.

All third parties are contractually obligated to comply with GDPR standards and have signed Data Processing Agreements where necessary.

As a Canadian company, we process your data primarily in Canada and the United States. For EU clients:

• We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for data transfers.
• Our cloud providers are subject to rigorous controls and certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• No transfers occur without your organization’s prior approval where required.

We implement robust security measures as outlined in our security documentation, including:

• AES-256 encryption (in transit and at rest)
• Firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network monitoring
• Annual security audits (SOC 2, ISAE 3402 standards)
• Role-based access and employee security training
• Incident response and disaster recovery plans

• Deliver our services
