The Focus Four Hazards – Electrocution Toolbox Talk is designed to provide an overview of electrocution in the workplace and why it is classified as one of OSHA’s Focus Four Hazards. In this Toolbox Talk, Pete Rice, Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), helps participants learn how to identify and avoid electrocution hazards on the jobsite. Mr. Rice will also discuss the dangers associated with overhead and buried power lines, problems with power tools, cords, and connectors, and places emphasis on what a lack of ground fault protection can mean for workers.
