ARE Prep – Construction & Evaluation prepares candidates for the Construction and Evaluation division of the Architectural Registration Exam (ARE). It explores the architect’s responsibilities during the final stages of project delivery, including bidding, construction contract administration, project closeout, owner occupancy and the warranty period. Participants will develop the knowledge and skills required to navigate construction-phase services and support successful project outcomes.
What is NCARB? The NCARB ARE Construction & Evaluation (CE) exam is one of the six divisions of the Architect Registration Examination (ARE 5.0) administered by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. It focuses on the architect’s responsibilities during construction and after project completion.
